La Fabbreria was born amidst the countryside of Bologna in the 1970s, inside an ancient farmhouse that once welcomed blacksmiths, carpenters, and farriers. Already in the early years of its activity, it became clear that it was a restaurant specialising in meat and local dishes destined to make its mark in the history of Bolognese cuisine and beyond. Our refined tavern is located on the outskirts of the city in the Fiera and Fico area, just a few minutes from the city centre and close to motorways and ring roads.
